morning planting
It's been way too hot & humid here the last couple of days!! We have stayed inside most of the time - only sneaking outside for a little while here & there to get some fresh air. This morning was a little windy, so it felt cool enough to get outside & finally plant our flowers. Sadly the heat has been tough on our little marigolds, so hopefully a lot of miracle grow & water & a little love will bring them back to full bloom again. My lemon tree is loving all the sun & heat - looking good so far. Adelie loved adding all the potting soil...she was having so much fun! She was pretty tuckered out at the end though, but still happy enough to give the lemon tree a good luck kiss! Such a happy little girl.

Great photos! I especially like the one of Adelie where she looks so tired - tired from doing all that work! Mr. Finn and Adelie will have such a great time talking about their gardens when we see you later this summer. Taking care of the plants is so much fun with Finn. We have so many jokes with Finn about his plants - I am sure it is the same with you. He takes it very seriously. So fun to see what you guys are up to. Stay out of that heat!
