our litte snow bunny.

We (finally!) got snow last night! Yay!!! As soon as Nate got home from work last night, Adelie & I got bundled up in our boots & mittens and headed outside to play in the snow (in the dark). It was so much fun - it was cold, but so great playing with the snow falling all around us. We were chasing each other in the snow, throwing snowballs at Kennedi & Nate (who were watching from the back door), and we had a blast sledding together!!! I had to convince Adelie that she was getting too cold to play any longer...and promised her that we would play more today. Sure enough, as soon as she had her breakfast this morning, that little lady had her little pink boots on (with her PJs)...ready to play! We waited till Kennedi fell asleep for her morning snooze & we headed back outside. Adelie is hilarious. She is fearless. She had so much fun sledding & running around. She also loves "body sledding" - she jumps into the snow & tries to slide forward - sans sled. It's pretty funny. I sure love that girl.
